How to apply for our products

Our product ranges are exclusively available via financial advisers. If you would like to find out more information about a particular product or would like to discuss the options that are available to you from Precise Mortgages, you’ll need to do this with a financial adviser.

Whilst we’re unable to recommend an adviser to you, visit our Finding a financial adviser page to read more about how to find an adviser who is local to you and that will be able to assist you further.

Do you have a mortgage application in progress with us?

If your mortgage application is currently being progressed with Precise Mortgages and you have a question we’d recommend you speak directly with your adviser. Whilst we’re happy to help and answer your questions, your adviser will be kept fully updated with the progress of your application and as such will be best placed to assist you further.

What to do if you're an existing customer with a query

We like to make life as easy as we can for our customers, which is why we make sure that we have lots of useful information available for whenever it’s needed.

If you have a question around your mortgage and would like to speak to someone that can help you further, our expert customer support team are happy to assist.

If you’re concerned that you’ll be unable to meet your mortgage repayments now or in the near future, please ensure you call us as soon as possible on 0800 781 8558, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
